These services are owned and operated by Genesis Books Pty Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa, that has its registered offices at 26 E, Brandstreet, Kroonstad, Free State, 9499

Terms & Conditions:

  1. You must register or log in to make a purchase on Genesis Books website.
  2. Prices indicated online may differ from prices indicated at other stores, due to promotions, online or in-store specials.
  3. Discount codes and price promotions are offered at the discretion of Genesis Books and may be revoked or changed at any time.
  4. Price changes from suppliers and promotions regularly have an effect on prices. Please take note that items placed in the Wishlist or Cart may change in price without notice. When you purchase these items, you will be billed according to the items’ price at the time of purchase.
  5. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclude the associated shipping charges.
  6. Shipping charges can be updated at any time with or without prior notice.
  7. When paying by credit card/debit card, the card details must be provided when making a purchase, as credit card/debit card details are not stored on the system for security purposes.
  8. To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please provide an address where someone is available to take delivery during business hours.

  10. You may return any faulty or damaged items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, provided that we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
  11. Refunds will exclude all delivery and shipping fees that are paid as part of the order.
  12. Refunds will only be given if you received the incorrect product or an order could not be fulfilled.
  13. Your privacy matters to us. We are committed to the protection of your personal information. If you wish to know more about when and how we collect, use, share and store your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  14. There is limited stock of all goods on offer. Genesis Books will make all reasonable efforts to notify the customer when a product is no longer available once ordered. Genesis Books will only be liable to provide refunds where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.
  15. Genesis Books vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  16. Online Gifts Cards will expire 1 years after the date of purchase and should be redeemed before the expiration date.
  17. When using Pay Later or other EFT payments, please note that stock can only be reserved once the order has been placed and the payment reflects in the Genesis Books bank account.
  18. The information contained on this website is subject to errors and omissions. Information is provided by third parties and Genesis Books accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies.
  19. Without prior notice to their customers and with or without providing any reasons, Genesis Books may at any time, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the operation of the site or any of the services & products advertised or provided on the site.
  20. Neither Genesis Books, its holding company or shareholders, associates, consultants, couriers or employees will be liable for any damages relating to the use of this site, irrespective of the cause of your loss. Without affecting the foregoing, we are not liable for:
    1. Any interruption, malfunction, downtime, or other failure of the site or computer systems for whatever reason;
    2. Any interruption, malfunction, downtime, or other failure of goods or services provided by third parties, including without limitation: public switched telecommunication service providers, Internet service providers, electricity suppliers, local authorities, and certification authorities; or
    3. The event of force majeure or any other event over which Genesis Books has no direct control.
  21. We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale, and terminate accounts at our discretion.
  22. Genesis Books reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms and conditions will be posted on this website. Whenever you access the site you will be bound to the current version of these terms and conditions.
  23. Continued use of this site will constitute acceptance of the current version of these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, the current version of these terms and conditions shall supersede and replace all the previous versions of these terms and conditions.
